"Anti" follows 2012's "Unapologetic," which became Miss RiRi's first and only number one album (so far) upon its debut with first week sales of 238,000. The album has sold 1.2 million copies to date yielded 6 Hot 100 hits--including the top 10 smashes "Diamonds" (no.1 for 3 weeks, 3.52 million copies sold) and "Stay" featuring Mikky Ekko(no.3, 4.48 million). The LP was initially available as a free download for Samsung holders ( Samsung purchased one million copies of the record as part of their $25 million partnership deal with Rihanna) and for streaming exclusively on Tidal, the new streaming service headed by Billboard chart legend and East Coast MC, Jay-Z. Though it had been stated to the public within a press release that the album will be under a one week exclusivity deal on Tidal, it was made available for purchase on the Apple iTunes Store the following Friday and according to sources, will be streaming on Apple Music early next week. A deluxe edition of the album may also be streamed on Tidal or purchased on iTunes. "Work" succeeds in attaining radio's highest one day audience with its first day audience impression of 23.4 million from 2,300 plays on 1,200 Nielsen Music-monitored stations. The entire album will be making its way to online radio service Pandora starting Monday, February 1st. The single received over 1.5 million spins within its first 24 hours of availability on the service. The track is expected to make a lofty debut on Billboard's Radio Songs, Hot 100 & their Hot R&B/Hip Hop Songs next week. By Alex Jimenez
